Hello to all the Westwood runners out there! This Wicked Local article highlights the progress on the trail connecting Gay Street to Lowell Woods. For those who don't know, Lowell Woods and Mulvehil Conservation is a circuit of beautiful trails accessible from behind the Hanlon School or Sandy Valley Road. Saturday morning club run!
Out with the ladies of The Greater Norwood Running Club this morning for a windswept 6 miles and then coffee. Hot topics of discussion: Races, training plans, shoes and unfortunately, injuries. I can't think of a better way to start a Saturday.

A store is born
It starts with an idea. A place where runners can come to talk, tell stories, try on shoes, ask advice, share race PRs, touch, feel, and purchase new running apparel. A comfortable, welcoming brick and mortar storefront, local, authentic, friendly. The idea grew, changed, started, failed, blossomed, opened in the mind during countless morning runs. Charles River Running. Coming soon...
